The Board of Notaires, who represent Notaires at a departmental or interdepartmental level, are there to listen to your complaints. The Board will receive and analyse your claim which must be received by post.

Once they have heard the explanations from the Notaire in question, a reply is systematically sent to the client. The Board responsible for upholding the discipline and ethics of the profession will deal with the claims with the utmost impartiality.
